3Star Group began in 2020 when our founder, P.Y LUI, and a group of professionals from diverse backgrounds established the company amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Driven by a deep concern for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs (SMEs), we embarked on our entrepreneurial journey. With the founder's experience as a former navy commander, we understood the challenges businesses face, especially the importance of human resources management during difficult times like the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2022, 3Star Group received financing from KSS International Private Security Group, which solidified our position in the industry. This partnership not only provided financial support but also recognized our professionalism and potential, empowering us with more resources to continue providing high-quality services to SMEs.

In 2023, 3Star Group became the human resources partner of KSS International Security Group in Asia, expanding our influence in the industry. Additionally, we were appointed as the exclusive human resources partner of the esteemed British private security academy, GTBS Academy, affirming our unique position in the industry.
